1. Adults only
Access is restricted to people who are of legal age in their country of residence, and at least 18 years old in every case.
Anyone publishing a listing declares and warrants that they are at least 18. That declaration is checked: a date of birth is required when the listing is created, reviewed by a moderator, and compared against an identity document at profile verification.
Any listing involving a minor is removed immediately, the account is closed permanently, and the material is preserved and passed to the competent authorities.
2. What this service is
The site provides a place to publish. It does not employ, represent, direct or pay any of the people who advertise here.
No commission is taken on anything agreed between an advertiser and a visitor. The only payments the site receives are visibility options billed to advertisers.
Rates shown in a listing pay for the time and company of the person concerned. Anything that follows is a private arrangement between consenting adults.
3. Where the site operates
The site is open only in countries where publishing such listings is lawful. The list of available countries is restricted accordingly and may change without notice.
It is your responsibility to check that your use of the site is lawful under the law that applies to you.
4. Prohibited content
Prohibited without exception: any content involving a minor or someone who appears to be one; any content suggesting coercion, trafficking or third-party control; photographs belonging to someone else; content published without the consent of the person shown.
Also prohibited: publishing on behalf of a third party who has not been verified, any reference to illegal substances, and any reference to non-consensual acts.
Breaching these rules closes the account, with no refund of any running option.
5. Moderation
Every listing and every photograph is reviewed by a person before publication. A refusal states its reason, and the advertiser can correct and resubmit.
A report alleging a minor, coercion or illegal content goes to the front of the moderation queue. The content is taken down on a moderator's decision, or once several different people have reported it: one accusation is not enough to remove a listing.
Editing the published text of a live listing sends it back for review; other changes take effect immediately. That rule exists so that harmless content cannot be published and then rewritten.
6. Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us without delay about any unauthorised access.
We may suspend an account showing signs of fraud or impersonation, or subject to consistent reports, while it is reviewed.
7. Paid options
Visibility options are paid in advance and run for the stated period. They guarantee no particular number of contacts.
A Top city place is sold for the current day, until midnight in the city concerned, and is not refundable. VIP is a balance of hours held by the account: it is spent only while a listing is using it, faster when several are, and switching it off stops the clock — what remains stays on the account.
An option running when an account is closed for breaching these terms is not refunded.
Any payment dispute should be raised with us before being taken to your bank.
8. Right of withdrawal
Credits are digital content, delivered to your wallet the moment the payment is confirmed.
EU consumer law gives you fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase. Buying credits therefore asks for your express agreement to immediate delivery, with the acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends once the credits are delivered. Without that agreement the purchase does not go through.
Spending credits afterwards — on VIP time or a Top city place — is not a new purchase and opens no new withdrawal period.
9. Liability
Beyond what moderation allows, the site does not verify the accuracy of what advertisers publish, nor what happens at the meetings that follow.
We are not party to arrangements made between users. The safety guidance published on this site should be read before any first contact.
Beyond that, our total liability for claims connected to the service is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the event concerned. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited.
Neither party answers for what a force majeure event prevents.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms can change. Substantial changes are announced on the site at least fifteen days before they apply, and using the site past that date is acceptance. A change never takes away anything already paid for; if you refuse one, delete your account before it applies.
These terms are published in eighteen languages so that they can be read. If a translation diverges, the English text prevails.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the site's publisher is established. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.
If one clause of these terms proves unenforceable, the others remain in force.
